I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Bed Bath & Beyond (Union, NJ)
Interview
The process was very long and drawn out. I first interviewed via phone with HR, then had multiple in-person interviews (over a couple of weeks). The people were great and I could have seen myself working with them, the facilities were nice but modest. The whole process from start to finish took nearly 3 months.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All behavioral questions, what type of work you enjoy doing, how you interact cross-functionally.
The process was straight forward. Applied on the website by clinking through linkedin, this was followed by human resource screen, followed by hiring manager. The people interacted with were friendly.
Extremely quick and efficient- not drawn out with multiple steps and projects. If anything I would have liked them to be longer as they went so quickly I felt I still had questions

Interview
Was very informative . Help me to understand the job. I was happy overall with the job details and the salary. Wished it could have better benefits but it didn’t. I would recommend this position to someone who willing to put in the time
