Pretty standard. I walked in job fair of about 5 potential employees (including myself) and was given an application to fill out. Even though I had already filled it out online through snagajob. After I filled it out I was interviewed by the customer service district manager. I gave her a resume as well. She asked about experience relevant to the position since I had no previous work experience as a college student. I explained my roles in my volunteer experience. She explained the roles of the job. She cautioned me about the fact that they use ladders and asked me if I was comfortable with moving heavy items. I said yes. I then was interviewed by the HR manager. We talked further about the position, the importance of good customer service, and she asked questions about myself (to figure out who I am as a person). I was offered the job on the spot. They were very friendly. They were looking for someone more outgoing and a good listener. Just be confident and try your best. Good luck.

How did your previous experience relate, etc. Got a call with a job offer within 1-2 weeks and orientation began shortly after.

3 questions. My feeling was that they just want a warm body. Stocking and cashier work. Minimum wage. They asked me if I go to the bathroom a lot... Apparently they were having issues with that. Thought was odd, declined offer. I will go to the bathroom whenever I like to, thank you very much.
