Simple interview- standard interview jargon followed by a test to assure the employer you had a decent set of ethics and morals (you wouldn't steal if given the opportunity and were trustworthy). Not sure if the test mattered, you could always put one answer on the test and show a completely different side. The interview itself was rather unprofessional- the person interviewing me conducted in the interview in a rather high traffic area and would ask random employees walking through the room advice on the next questions to be asked...
