Applied through snagajob & got called maybe a week later for an interview. Interview was with one of the assistant managers upstairs in their offices, one on one. Explained the dress code, whats expected, job duties etc. Filled out an application in store & then I spoke to the store manager (because the assistant manager liked me), short interview, more about me personally than skill/work wise. Got a call a couple days later with an offer & I accepted. Orientation was a few days later. Definitely dress to impress, the dress code is very casual but you want to look polished & professional. We're all about customer service, greeting every customer that passes by us & asking if they need help, accommodating them etc.
