I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bed Bath & Beyond (Union, NJ) in Nov 2015
Interview
I was there for a ridiculous 9 hours...8:30am to 2:30pm. Interviewed with 9 people one at a time. First interview was by phone and second was in person. Some were nice, others looked miserable. Some tried to be intimidating. Looks like a miserable place to work at. I knew I didn't fit in; i rather work around happier people.

Interview
I received a call from a recruiter 3 days after I had applied and he scheduled an interview that week. It was a quick process. I was surprised that I wasn't asked harder interview questions. The people I interviewed with were very nice and made the interview seem not as stressful.
