Interview
The process consisted of 3 interview. The first interview you meet with the recruiter, they do not ask a lot of questions, he asked me like 5 questions about yourself. Then I had the second interview right afterwards with the recruiter of the specific store I was interested working in. He asked me some questions about myself, asked me why this company and spoke about my availability hours. Towards the end of the second interview he scheduled the third interview the next day with the general manager. I went to the third interview, it simply consisted of the general manager speaking about the company and gave scenarios and asked me how I would handle the situation. The general manager ended the interview and told me they will reach out to me after they finish interviewing others.
Two days later, I got call by the second recruiter offering me the position and setting the training time. The overall process was pretty easy.

Question 1
What was the hardest experience you've faced at a workplace and how did you overcome it?
was quick short and simple. Asked how to deal difficult customers and how I delt with the these customers. Basic customer service experience as well. Overall was one of the easiest job interviews.
It was pretty straightforward. They asked about why I wanted to work there and what experience I had. Then they asked about my available hours and things like that. It wasn’t too difficult or anything like that.
