Interview
Before I was called in for an Interview, I was sent an assessment to take that showed what kind of personality type I had. I’m assuming I had a great personality type and was given a phone screening the next day. Interview was set for the day after. The interview was a unique and fun process. I was given a tour of the facility, followed up with a total of 30 minutes with the kids (15 minutes with a verbal child, 15 minutes with a non-verbal child). Then I was brought back to the office to basically go over what I had initially observed, and answered interview questions afterwards. I was offered the position on the spot and accepted the offer.
