First part of the interview was about myself and potential growth with company. Next interview was more so about my abilities to successfully fulfil my duty as a ABA Technician. Then, I was able to negotiate about wage with my level of education and skills. Finally, we confirm availabilities and schedule for trainings and setting me up for success.
