Interview
Told them what I could and could not work before I went to interview. She agreed and asked a few questions in a group interview, nothing hard. The day after I started they kicked out my whole availability. I put up with it for a few days then said something. Was then told I needed to pick between them and school! Yea like i'm quieting college for a part time retail job!
I was a referral and had a brief discussion with the manager and got the job relatively easily. I think getting this job was one of the easier jobs I was able to obtain. However, this was back in 2010.

Question 1
They asked me what my availability would be since it was around the holiday season.
One Interview with the department manager for a sales position. Super short, simple, and to the point.
I received the offer same down and then had to schedule onboarding with Human Resources.
It was your basic questions. Went fine. Nothing too detailed but it was for a base position at the holidays. They were looking for anyone dependable with a car basically.
