The process took three days: I applied one day, was called for an interview the next day and interviewed the day after that. I was hired on the spot. The interview was laid-back and personal, which I loved. Every worker I came into contact with in the Executive Office spoke to me and already treated me like I worked there.

Friendly, asked honest questions about previous employment, no question were asked that were meant to trip me up. Interviewer was very open with what the job entailed and what was expected.

Interview
There is a fairly lengthy online questionnaire. Once I submitted the questionnaire I was called in due to high ranking from exam I had and then set up an interview about a week later. The interview itself was very simple and straight forward. Once I was hired I had pretty intense computer training of skills used on the floor for about a week, then I was on the sales floor.

Mostly my schedule, they have a fairly strict policy regarding holiday schedule, had to either work Thanksgiving, Black Friday or Christmas Eve - if you were straight up in the interview process they would accommodate your schedule for at least one of those days.
