Interview
Basic, run of the mill interview. Do you have sales experience, cash handling, stocking, working with customers, have you done any of this before? Good/bad customer service examples. Are you comfortable soliciting credit? About you, about why you'd be a good addition. Usually a second interview after that, same day or soon thereafter. I actually applied, got called the next day, and was offered a job on the spot. ***Please dress nice, it's not a tween store and crop tops and mini skirts are bad calls. So are muscle shirts and shorts.

The interview questions were very easy and the manager was very kind.
It took only 30 minutes from the start to finish and I was hired on the spot. My experience was pleasant and the process was smooth.

Interview
You fill out an application and meet with a local store manager/HR representative to discuss job responsibilities and qualifications. The manager then discusses the compensation, benefits, pay structure, and start date.
It was brief. I was asked about past work experience. I had already worked in retail before, so it wasn't anything new to me. The interviewer was very nice. I enjoyed meeting the person.
