I met with the store manager, who went over different job titles. The hiring process is a bit different, as he stated I could possibly go through 1 or 2 more interviews.

The interview questions were very easy and the manager was very kind.
It took only 30 minutes from the start to finish and I was hired on the spot. My experience was pleasant and the process was smooth.

Interview
You fill out an application and meet with a local store manager/HR representative to discuss job responsibilities and qualifications. The manager then discusses the compensation, benefits, pay structure, and start date.
It was brief. I was asked about past work experience. I had already worked in retail before, so it wasn't anything new to me. The interviewer was very nice. I enjoyed meeting the person.
