Interview
I emailed the store manager letting him know that I have applied for a position and was interested. He responded immediately and i have an interview within the week with another manager. We talked about what I expect as far as work environment and how I handle certain situations. He then proceeded to ask about my school and interest. At which point we were headed straight to the Store Manager's office where I had a similar process. I started working as soon as my background check came to me in an email to fill in a little information about me for them. I started three days later.
I was a referral and had a brief discussion with the manager and got the job relatively easily. I think getting this job was one of the easier jobs I was able to obtain. However, this was back in 2010.

Question 1
They asked me what my availability would be since it was around the holiday season.
One Interview with the department manager for a sales position. Super short, simple, and to the point.
I received the offer same down and then had to schedule onboarding with Human Resources.
It was your basic questions. Went fine. Nothing too detailed but it was for a base position at the holidays. They were looking for anyone dependable with a car basically.
