Interview
Very professional but laid back. Made me feel comfortable and I knew we were going to get along. They talked about dress code. I wish it would have been mentioned that even part time people have a sales goal. I didn't know that until I had been there almost one year and had my review.
I was a referral and had a brief discussion with the manager and got the job relatively easily. I think getting this job was one of the easier jobs I was able to obtain. However, this was back in 2010.

Question 1
They asked me what my availability would be since it was around the holiday season.
One Interview with the department manager for a sales position. Super short, simple, and to the point.
I received the offer same down and then had to schedule onboarding with Human Resources.
It was your basic questions. Went fine. Nothing too detailed but it was for a base position at the holidays. They were looking for anyone dependable with a car basically.
