Long drawn out process from Area Managers that had no experience with policies and procedures, nor did they have a clue as to how to best development individuals for growth. After four or five interviews and nearly a month, they finally offered me a position in sales and within seven months promoted me to another position.

General discussion regarding my former employers. Honestly, the depth of your interview will depend upon the individual.
Interview was east one step process. Interview with direct supervisor. They go over the role, schedule, and tour around the store. Very transparent about the job and duties. There was also a personality test

Interview
Both recruiter and manager were terminated during my consideration. A new recruiter was placed over filling the role and did not introduce themselves and sent a rejection email. Unprofessional, would not recommend. Not a healthy candidate experience for an HR professional.

Standard interview process, good communication throughout. Company seemed interested to learn about competing stores. Be sure to ask a LOT of questions. The posted job descriptions do not show the full job expectations and scope.
