Very bizarre interview process that was not explained ahead of time. I had around 10-12 back to back 30 minute interviews with various department managers, in a group of about 10 other candidates. It was very unclear what exact position I was being considered for, and most of the people interviewing had only been there a week or so themselves. There was a catered lunch for us, but the employees ate most of it before I could get to the room. I sliced my hand open on a metal food tray while trying to be helpful and move empty trays away, and recieved a bandaid when I pointed it out. No other attention to the fact that I was dripping blood. The employees seemed rather undereducated about textile design at its core and understood it only as surface design. Overall just a really weird experience, and it's suspicious that everyone was so new and they are always hiring for the same positions. I suspect people are not kept for very long.
