Interview
Interview was very nice. Began very conversational, then went into behavioral questions. There were a few unexpected questions here and there but nothing too difficult. As long as you are prepared you should be good to go.
Easy enough. Asked very basic and simple questions. Very organized process from beginning to end. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and welcoming. Other companies could take note from how they run their hiring processes.

Interview
They did initial on campus interviews that were quite conversational. There were two, thirty minute interviews that did not necessarily ask specific questions. In one, we ended up talking about books and travelling. The on-site, final interview was all day. We were inundated with information, tours, and networking. At the end of the day, we had three structured interviews. Though they were more formal, there were still no questions that caught me off guard. Definitely more relaxed, but still a formal process.
