They held a hiring event. I filled out an application online the night before and then attended the hiring event with my resume in hand. I filled out a screening sheet, was put on a list and waited for my 1st interview. The first interview lasted about 20 min. Then I waited about 15 min for the 2nd interview, which was more about availability and scheduling. 2 interviews on the same day, and hired on the spot.
