Belk had a job fair during the week. I applied and had an interview that same day with the assistant store manager. Then the next day I interviewed with a department manager Interviewed with two different managers. Simple interview

The interview questions were very easy and the manager was very kind.
It took only 30 minutes from the start to finish and I was hired on the spot. My experience was pleasant and the process was smooth.

Interview
You fill out an application and meet with a local store manager/HR representative to discuss job responsibilities and qualifications. The manager then discusses the compensation, benefits, pay structure, and start date.
It was brief. I was asked about past work experience. I had already worked in retail before, so it wasn't anything new to me. The interviewer was very nice. I enjoyed meeting the person.
