I tried to transfer from another store, however, at the time the "new" store did not have an opening for me. A month later, they had an opening and I was hired. They like to make sure that you want to grow and increase your skills not only for them but for yourself as well. They want to make sure that you are able to handle some sticky situations and keep the customers best interest at hand.

I guess I didn't have any difficult or unexpected questions. They were pretty much straight forward and wanted to make sure I could handle what was thrown at me.
I was a referral and had a brief discussion with the manager and got the job relatively easily. I think getting this job was one of the easier jobs I was able to obtain. However, this was back in 2010.

They asked me what my availability would be since it was around the holiday season.
One Interview with the department manager for a sales position. Super short, simple, and to the point.
I received the offer same down and then had to schedule onboarding with Human Resources.
It was your basic questions. Went fine. Nothing too detailed but it was for a base position at the holidays. They were looking for anyone dependable with a car basically.
