Interview
First interview was with human resource assistant, then the assistant store manager, and the dept. manager. Then, I was given a tour of the store and of the dept. I would be assigned to if offer was given and accepted. I was given a brief history about the store and the owners.
The interview questions were very easy and the manager was very kind.
It took only 30 minutes from the start to finish and I was hired on the spot. My experience was pleasant and the process was smooth.

Interview
You fill out an application and meet with a local store manager/HR representative to discuss job responsibilities and qualifications. The manager then discusses the compensation, benefits, pay structure, and start date.
It was brief. I was asked about past work experience. I had already worked in retail before, so it wasn't anything new to me. The interviewer was very nice. I enjoyed meeting the person.
