I applied online and then called them just to be sure my application was looked at. They emailed me a couple of weeks later and we scheduled an interview. The first was a phone interview with a manager and then a second phone interview was with an employee. I received a call with an offer a week later.

Started with a recruiter screening followed by an interesting case study and then ended with a hiring manager screening that’s conducted panel interview style. word word word word word word word
It was smooth and questions were easy to answer. I had the chance to talk about my previous experiences and demonstrate my skills. Also, i was asked what discipline i want, and this helps a lot in choosing what i am interested in
