Detailed, lengthy. Met at a college campus career day, received an invitation to come down for an interview and had a nice schedule laid out. Took some time after the interview to actually get an offer, but they stayed in touch,
It was easy with half an hour interview. Under 10 questions were asked. Mainly the managers take interview and there is no HR involved. But there is a long process for clearance.
It was an hour long conversation with one person. They asked questions related to my resume and then asked some questions about my experience. The experience questions basically asked if I had done any of the tasks that were on the job posting.
