I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bella Baby Photography (Toms River, NJ)
Interview
After applying they asked me to submit a Portfolio. I then had a 1st interview with the hiring manager who mainly just went over the day to day and logistics of the position, then had a second interview with the regional manager/trainer. Both the interviewers were very friendly and just asked some basic questions about my experience and availability.

Interview
Initial response to application was fast, received an email within a day to schedule a phone interview a few days later. The next day after the phone interview I received an email to schedule a second phone interview and asked to provide samples of my work. That second interview is scheduled next week. Hoping for an offer

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bella Baby Photography
Interview
Application was not acknowledged for three weeks. HR contacted me asking if I was still interested, and immediately, legally, hired me without any prior interview or vetting.
Within the next week I was required to get vaccinations, drug tests, etc. Due to the corporate structure my interview was over the phone with the regional manager who was pleasantly to the point and very focused on my skills as a photographer and my potential as an employee, rather than cryptic and unnecessary "where do you see yourself..." type questions.
