I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bella Baby Photography (Toms River, NJ)

Interview

After applying they asked me to submit a Portfolio. I then had a 1st interview with the hiring manager who mainly just went over the day to day and logistics of the position, then had a second interview with the regional manager/trainer. Both the interviewers were very friendly and just asked some basic questions about my experience and availability.
