It is a very easy interview process with Chuck V. Other managers might be a bit more tricky. You don't have to be the most experienced person to get it in. Just act nice and normal, and you can get in.
Pretty normal interview, sat down and talked with a manager for 20-30 minutes and waited to hear a call back. All in all pretty easy experience with Belle Tires interview process.
Overviewed your prior knowledge and available schedule. Interviewers were friendly and knowledgeable. Ended up getting an offer and accepted, enjoyed my time working there. Learned a lot about the trade and company.
