While waiting in the lobby, The interviewer took a person to the office for a interview as that person left I was approached in the lobby and my interview was held in the lobby not the office, I have never seen this type of unprofessional behavior and would not want to even work at Belle Tire if they discriminate.
There is no processes, it is nothing but a personality check / making sure you would fit in. The company is nothing more than high school for adult men in their 40's.
