I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Belmont Village (Austin, TX) in Apr 2016
Interview
I applied online and called in a couple days later and the front desk lady forwarded my info to HR. HR emailed me asking to set up an interview and I came in a few days later and had an interview with the Chef. He asked me questions that had no right or wrong answer, he just wanted my opinion on the questions or to describe a situation where I've "gone the extra mile" or "how many days I missed at my current/last job". It took about 30 minutes and afterwards he said I did well and he would like to hire me and called the director in to see if she liked me as well. She did and so they agreed on a pay rate and I signed my papers right then and there and they sent me to a clinic right after my interview to get drug and TB tested. A few days later I had orientation for one day (10-3) and then started the next day.
