I had a preliminary phone interview followed by an in person interview. Instead of sitting down with a team of 4-6 people, I was scheduled for 4-5 hours to go around and have separate conversations with key employees. Lunch was provided with with some of the peers I would be working with in a more casual setting. Overall, it was a long interview, but I appreciated the one on one time which potential colleagues.
