Interview
In-person at store. Arrived to sit and ask/answer questions. Interviewer took the hiring process very seriously. He talked a lot about the qualify of the product and was very proud of it.
Very straight forward interview. Looking for someone nice who is willing to work hard and learn, that’s it. If you submit a cover letter that helps. Also, make sure to ask questions at the end, they really seemed to appreciate that.

I put in an application around a month ago and had completely forgotten about it. On sunday I got a call saying they wanted me in for an interview, then on thursday that week I had an interview. They called me up on friday to tell me I got the job. Overall the interview was very easy, only about 5 questions.
