Ben & Jerry's interview questions

This was probably the best interview I have had for a job ever. To come into an interview thinking it would be a typical tell me about yourself, where do you see yourself, etc. and leaving with so much positivity and a great indication of how well this company truly values their employees really shows a lot about the brand you could be representing. This is how all companies should be!!
