Ben & Jerry's interview questions

I applied online like they asked but I had to call them in order to get an interview. We did zoom because of covid regulations, but the interviewer was still late. I passed the interviewer, all you gotta do is look passionate and smile a lot. But then they told me I had to go through a second round... like really? For a scooper? So I did and that went ok too. Same thing, just smile a lot and look friendly. I got an offer that time. But even after I got hired, I had to wait a while before anybody contacted me. I think I had to call or email them myself because they wanted everyone who got hired to go through the same virtual orientation.
