Benchmark Human Services interview questions

Complaints are not followed up on. Hostile work environments are strategically entrenched, where supervisors can virtually do whatever they like, and they are coached on how to cover their tracks. Retaliation is commonplace, and there is no recourse when you are retaliated against.

First interview was with a recruiter. She was very short and snippy. She was obviously quickly going through her list of questions and checking them off. This interview did not give me confidence or make me want to work for the organization. The questions I asked, she responded she wasn't the person to ask. 2nd interview via phone which was odd given everyone being local. Standard questions, 3 person panel. Not much of a welcoming vibe from panel. Never received a response from the interviews, no offer or rejection which is unprofessional.
