I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bendix (Elyria, OH) in Dec 2012
Interview
I received a phone call after an internal Bendix recruiter found me on LinkedIn. I had a phone Iiterview with her within 48 hours, an in person interview with 3 individuals the next week, and I received a phone call the next day with a job offer.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bendix (Avon, OH)
Interview
The interview process was a span of a few months. It was phone screen another call and then two days of interviews. Started off with the front receptionist not buzzing me in, red flag right there. I was told opposing information from pretty much everyone. The HR representatives were not friendly at all. I was pretty much grilled by them. I got a really bad vibe from the entire experience. I had to repeat all of my answers in one of the interviews that I had because they never wrote anything down. I came prepared but rated this a difficult interview because of all of the obstacles that came up. Unfriendly, no one could give a straight answer, unprepared, just overall bad. My advice is make sure you confirm that what’s stated in the listing is what their intentions are.

Question 1
There was hours worth of questions- these questions seemed more of something being read off of a template instead of genuine questions. Tons of “tell me a time when” and many of the questions were the same thing just wondered differently.

Interview
Never heard back one way or the other even when I asked I never heard back, I thought that was not a good reflection on the company. I interviewed with the executive who was nice enough. HR wasn’t that involved on a personal level. There was a lot of what felt like auto generated correspondence but nothing personal
