Benefit Cosmetics Beauty Advisor interview questions

Firstly I applied online and received an email asking me to attend an open day. I went along and it was basic questions about yourself, how you deal with situations, etc! I was told then and there that I had passed and it was onto the next stage where I went to group interview, they teach you about 5 products, then they ask you to go out and traffic stop, throughout the day people just seem to drop off and before you know it you are one of the last people standing.

You will receive and telephone interview, then be invited for an audition which is kind of like a trial shift and then if successful you will have a final interview with Benefit. Then when they place you somewhere, you will then have a store approval
