Overall fairly easy phone interview by answering basic questions about my resume, previous work, why benefit, any work experience related to budgeting or FP&A, salary expectations. Felt that recruiter was unprepared for my questions and had no idea what was expected of the position. Told me the hiring manager about the position if I move on to next round.
