I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Benefit Cosmetics
Interview
The interview process included three interviews with managers and one powerpoint presentation submitted. You should be prepared for differing personalities that really shine through from the interviewers. The powerpoint assignment was emailed then I was required to submit it within a few days back to the HR manager. It was difficult to know what they were looking for exactly, so it was pretty. time-consuming in that respect.
