Awkward , ? Asked what’s my favourite eyebrows product .. while doing a makeup interview with no eyebrows … a then the interview was on the phone but it lasted about 10 mins max .. the recruiter was very very dry and the interview process of asking questions was only about 5 mins with makeup having to be done one side of face and you have to try to keep your pretend customer engaged ?

Really simplistic and accessible, it was a video process at first and really fun and interactive truly encompassing what the company is all about Benefit is a great company to apply did video first then in store approval was required process and contract was speedy

the interview process I believe is 3. first stage is video / recorded interview and some questions. After they received my recorded interview, They sent me to asnwer the PI. And When I finished it I received an email after a few days for the next step which is Video Audition with the HR. I’d say come prepared, there are basic questions about the brand that you have to know to show youre interested in them. I had an interview with the HR and thought is was lovely but I felt that mid my interview, i felt that the candidate has already been picked and we were just doing the interview for the sake that it has to be done just cause im already scheduled. I enjoyed the interview and showcasing myself, it just felt a
dismissive.
