Very simple process. 1) you will either get interviewed by the manager of the store you applied for or the district manager of the area you have applied to be in. 2) they ask very basic questions that you would have heard before. 3) at the time that I was interviewed, they used a points system. 4) the interview takes between 5-15 mins 5) have a face full of makeup 6) they don't grill you about your current product knowledge at that point of the recruitment process, you will have a weeks long training to do if you are hired 7) smile, and act like you have always wanted to work for benefit if this isn't true. At least mention Porefessional or They're Real Mascara because they are bestsellers 8) wear black but look Savvy I.e leather skirt or trousers, flat shoes, black shirt that is plain or that has trimmings that are in trend tucked in, leather jacket or longline jacket, studded earrings, hair in a neat pony or down, natural makeup do not come wearing red matte lipstick, glitter eyeshadow etc because benefit do not sell those types of products, think natural barbie.
