Less formal than any others that I've been to, fun atmosphere and very conversational. The first stage was a phone interview which was right on the spot but just a few simple questions. After that there was a store test where there was a group of girls that have passed the first stage, we all had to traffic stop and apply makeup on customers (without any previous training), whoever had the most customers and spoke the best and applied the best makeup (just like one product), could go to the next stage. Then there was the actual interview and after that I had a store approval interview as I have worked in a department store. It was a pretty busy process but really didn't seem too long.

Bit lengthy for a part time sales role. Online AI interview followed by an interview with HR, where my makeup application was tested and I was asked further questions about my experience, motivations, etc. The lady interviewing me was lovely and made me feel comfortable. However, I did not get a response on the outcome and was ghosted. A simple rejection email would've been appreciated due to the efforts I went through for the interviews.

3 round interview process. Recorded interview was a bit hard the second interview on zoom was way better. Lovely interviewer made it easy and comfortable for me. Waiting to go in for the store approval next.
