I received a phone call about 5 days after applying, spoke on the phone for about 10 minutes with the recruitment manager answering questions. I was informed at the end of the interview I was successful and they would like mine to come into store to have another interview, this once again went well. The next day I had to come in for an "audition" which wasn't basically a trail shift, in which they assessed my ability of applying makeup and customer service.
They then never contacted me, which I think is very rude.

Interview
Bit lengthy for a part time sales role. Online AI interview followed by an interview with HR, where my makeup application was tested and I was asked further questions about my experience, motivations, etc. The lady interviewing me was lovely and made me feel comfortable. However, I did not get a response on the outcome and was ghosted. A simple rejection email would've been appreciated due to the efforts I went through for the interviews.

3 round interview process. Recorded interview was a bit hard the second interview on zoom was way better. Lovely interviewer made it easy and comfortable for me. Waiting to go in for the store approval next.
