Interview
You apply online, and add some photos into how you do makeup etc - then you have a short phone call interview, if successful you then go on for an instore interview with an area manager and then if successful you go into an audition in store and have to traffic store and apply on people. Benefit are extremely pushy and want a lot of traffic stopping going on, in quiet times it's harder to get people to come over onto the counter. If you do not pass this stage then you get an abrupt email saying you are not successful but if you do then you get a call from the area manager and they will speak to you about the store or area you will be working in.
Overall the area managers are nice, but the counter managers are rude and pushy. Wouldn't recommend going through all the for the job as they're not worth it as a brand.

Si inizia con un’ audition ( ti dicono che ci sara’ un gettone di presenza, mai percepito!) durante la quale devi dimostrare le tue abilità nella vendita. Mi hanno spiegato poco e niente, pretendendo gia’ da subito alte performance. Segue poi un’intervista telefonica, improntata piu’ che altro a capire le tue aspettative, in quanto non si capiscono le condizioni contrattuali, o meglio per quanto tempo durera’ il tempo determinato e semmai ci sara’ la probabilità di un indeterminato; poiche’ sono quasi sempre sostituzioni maternita’.

Casual and friendly interview process. Video introduction was a new format of interviewing. 3 step interview process. Interviewer was lovely and made the process so much more relaxing. Zoom interview doing half a face of makeup was a new experience however very enjoyable

Interview
First there was an online interview you do alone and answer automated questions about how you would approach different problems. Then there is a zoom interview where you do your makeup and answer questions about the company and why you want to work there. After that they send you to a store so you can see if you work well in the environment and with the staff.
