The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Benefit Cosmetics (Stockton-on-Tees, England) in Feb 2018
Interview
Video interview then an assessment centre to follow up , the process of the assessment centre was good and there was a mix of activities during the time slot including discussions, presentations and analysing paperwork. I was told I would hear back within a week however after a month I eventually spoke to someone which really put me off as I felt there was no scheduled follow up and I had to chase the company for any feedback at all. Tried to get in touch multiple times finding that various people were out of office/on holiday. Overall not great experience and expected more from such a large company and the fact that I had spent over £100 travelling to the initial interview .

I applied online. I interviewed at Benefit Cosmetics (London, England) in Jan 2023
Interview
Wasn't commercial at all, more based at low end store activities. Group actibities with bemfit staff, found it quite childlish to be honest. Lovely girls but very behind with commercial interviewing especiallybif they want strong performamce managers. Minimum focus on Commercial KPI or future planning, min on high performing teams
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Activities around you and how you present, was in a group of benefit staff so not sure why they bothered looking for external staff. 4 activities in total but again very based around benefit principles
I applied online. I interviewed at Benefit Cosmetics (Essex) in Mar 2019
Interview
Group interview - I arrived to find they were also interviewing my boss as well as multiple people from my then company. It was incredibly awkward and a horrible position to be put in for all involved.
