Interview
First i had to do the online survey, then I did a phone interview with a very nice lady from HR (lasted about 10 minutes and she asked easy simple questions). After I passed this I was then asked to come into Starbucks 4 days later to have a face to face interview with the store manager who asked me a lot of "what did you do in this situation" questions and this lasted around 20 minutes and I felt very relaxed and at ease because the lady interviewing me was lovely. After I passed this stage i was told to return in 2 hours to do my audition which was in boots and lasted for 2 hours. I was very confident, listened to everything the lady was telling me as she was teaching me about the products and giving me tips on traffic stopping and then i managed to get 8 girls to come back in which 3 of them bought something. Finally, I then had to go to Boots to get my store approval and this was the easiest stage because all they really wanted to know are my availabilities and when I could start. Bit lengthy for a part time sales role. Online AI interview followed by an interview with HR, where my makeup application was tested and I was asked further questions about my experience, motivations, etc. The lady interviewing me was lovely and made me feel comfortable. However, I did not get a response on the outcome and was ghosted. A simple rejection email would've been appreciated due to the efforts I went through for the interviews.

3 round interview process. Recorded interview was a bit hard the second interview on zoom was way better. Lovely interviewer made it easy and comfortable for me. Waiting to go in for the store approval next.
