I applied online. Had a brief basic telephone interview and then ‘“audition”. The audition is basically being on the shop floor and having to find customers and get them to come to the counter and let you put makeup on them.

A 10 minute makeup routine showing off your foundation, mascara, blush and brow application. Followed up by a few questions based on traffic stopping customers, selling products and eye brows.

Invited to 30 minute trial period where you learn about the products and then traffic stop someone. Then interviewed at Boots with the store manager and asked basic questions about customer service

It was okay I didn’t really like that it look around 3 weeks to do everything. The first video interview was okay I didn’t mind it and it was nice to have the chance to do it alone but the timer kind of stressed me out The second interview wasn’t bad too I was a bit nervous but it was grand too The third interview was just a confirmation nothing hard was over in 5 min which was good.
