Interview
Interview was in 3 stages - first stage is an audition / trial on counter (they talk you through products and you go out traffic stopping to being customers back and sell them products) then once you pass that you then have a 1-1 with the area manager and then on to meet the regional manager and present a business plan for the store you are applying for. After those 3 stages you then go for a store approval. Overall a nice experience. Most people get nervous at the traffic stopping part of the interview but this is what you will be doing every day at work so it becomes easier :)
Three stages but easy. You will have a video stage. Then an audition but sometimes they just take an online interview and see you makeup application. And then there is a store approval stage

At first I had a video recording which was pretty good then a video call to show off my makeup skills the interviewer was really nice and friendly and later on an in person interview at the store I’ll be working at. The process took about 3 weeks minimum

Interview
They have taken in to account that people may not be able to attend in person interviews and so start with a video interview and then followed by a zoom interview with one of the team.
It is a relatively easy interview process to work through and the amount of communication from the team is unmatched.
