I attended a recruitment day after seeing a flyer at a Boots stand.
I went to the location (House of Fraser, Lincoln) and was taken (with a 15 minute delay) to the room of the interview. I sat there with 10 more people, all from different backgrounds and was then taken into a room with 2 women to undergo the interview.
They were trying to be friendly but came out quite condescending, not even paying attention to what I was saying. They intrerupted me short after they'd asked me a question and told me they don't like me. Simple as that.
After that they tied a ribbon on my wrist, with the website address, and told me to check again when there's another position available and I'd done more research.

Si inizia con un’ audition ( ti dicono che ci sara’ un gettone di presenza, mai percepito!) durante la quale devi dimostrare le tue abilità nella vendita. Mi hanno spiegato poco e niente, pretendendo gia’ da subito alte performance. Casual and friendly interview process. Video introduction was a new format of interviewing. 3 step interview process. Interviewer was lovely and made the process so much more relaxing. Zoom interview doing half a face of makeup was a new experience however very enjoyable
