Interview
First stage was a video interview with some questions to answer, then a zoom audition where I applied my own make up and was asked some questions from the recruiter which was fun and then she found me the right job and put me forward for a store approval to meet the store which took about 30 mins.
Three stages but easy. You will have a video stage. Then an audition but sometimes they just take an online interview and see you makeup application. And then there is a store approval stage

At first I had a video recording which was pretty good then a video call to show off my makeup skills the interviewer was really nice and friendly and later on an in person interview at the store I’ll be working at. The process took about 3 weeks minimum

They have taken in to account that people may not be able to attend in person interviews and so start with a video interview and then followed by a zoom interview with one of the team.
It is a relatively easy interview process to work through and the amount of communication from the team is unmatched.
