I didn't even get an interview. Had to do a four part, difficult and lengthy creative strategy before even the first interview was given. Had to be done in under a 48 hour notice to move ahead to even get the first interview. Very unfair process and also very time consuming on both my end and the recruiters ends because after reaching out for weeks afterwards, two months later they still have not made a final hiring decision because they said it was taking so long to review the homework they had given us. Would've been smarter to do it first round of interviews before making hundreds of applicants do a creative assignment and at that, a four part, in detail creative assignment. It's times like this where I very much question whether companies just take advantage and get free labor and ideas from potential future employees who spend their precious time and effort looking for a job. If I see my ideas in their next campaign, I will be suing.
