The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Benefit Cosmetics (Norwich, England) in Aug 2023
Interview
Online Questionnaire (very easy), 10-15 min phonecall asking basic info eg Availability, fav product, experience pretty much asking about you cv. Then a online video either makeup application or in-depth question about scenarios (ps. I've worked for benefit before so mine was questions) again roughly 30 mins- But the girls are lovely so it was super relaxed. The makeup application is like doing a YouTube video :) Mine was half face of makeup- PS, they love if you use benefit products but don't worry if you don't have any! I had to do about 20min prestation of my business plan and swot analysis (for MANAGER ROLE only). Then store approval (depends on what store you're going to be in. Mine was 10-15 mins basically a mini interview asking about experience, availability, a bit about you and then asking about the store you will be working in.

Question 1
Video call- What is your party trick? Kinda threw me off but they want to see your personality! Why benefit? Fave product? How would you deal with conflict between staff? What do you bring to the team? How would you reach targets? ect- very common questions so research online beforehand :)
Three stages but easy. You will have a video stage. Then an audition but sometimes they just take an online interview and see you makeup application. And then there is a store approval stage

I applied online. I interviewed at Benefit Cosmetics (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in Jul 2024
Interview
They have taken in to account that people may not be able to attend in person interviews and so start with a video interview and then followed by a zoom interview with one of the team.
It is a relatively easy interview process to work through and the amount of communication from the team is unmatched.
